The Hospitality Ministry is tasked with creating a welcoming atmosphere through greeting at Mass, connecting with and engaging parishioners and visitors, hearing their journey, and connecting them to meaningful ministry within our parish.

Mission   

The Mission of the Hospitality Group is to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all Parishioners and Visitors and to reach out to new Parishioners.

Volunteer Opportunities  

• Welcoming Newcomers and Visitors
• Greeting during the weekend Masses
• Presence at the Welcome Desk for the weekend Masses
• Assist with Social Functions
• Host receptions for new Parishioners

Training

No formal training is required.  A friendly nature for welcoming and reaching out to parishioners, especially new ones, is a plus. All Hospitality ministers need to be compliant with Diocesan Safe Environment requirements (EIM / VIRTUS). 

Time Commitment

Assisting  with our functions for new Parishioners.  Calling and visiting new Parishioners on an as needed basis.  Planning meetings as needed.
